@Peter Parkes, thanks for the link. I’ll be sure to take a good look at it the next time I’m having problems.

One common problem is with when I try to make a call to an Egyptian cell phone, it usually takes a good 3 or 4 minutes of nothing at all, and then just starts ringing. I’m not sure why that is exactly, but that can throw a lot of people off, since there is no sound in the process.

In many cases, people have problems with their internet connections coming from their ISPs. Not much that can be done there, but that’s unfortunately part of the VOIP experience in general.
